This position provides professional pre-sales technical support to the sales team. The Sales Engineer (SE) interacts with new and existing customers to explain the technical aspects of ServerCentral’s products and services. The SE helps qualify sales opportunities, resolves all technical issues arising during the sales engagement, helps customers define specifications and requirements, and provides technical presentations.
