Sales Manager
Server Central is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee all elements of business development and sales for the company and its associated brands. This full-time position is being staffed in our Chicago Loop office.
Experience in the ISP, telecom, or hosting provider industries required.
Job Scope:
Building and leadership of a sales team
- Identify target markets and pursue new customers
- Enhance relationships with existing customer base
- Develop training program for sales people, sales engineer
- Provide leadership and supervise agency program
Generate and close leads for new sales
Analyze marketplace and work with other departments on development of new products
Align products across Company’s brands to enhance profits and reduce overhead
Establish strategic partnerships with other companies as appropriate
Occasional travel for meetings and conferences relevant to the industry and position
An excellent candidate will have the following qualifications:
Outstanding oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
10+ years of sales operations, product management / marketing experience
A college degree is required, preferably in the fields of business, marketing, or engineering.
Ability to effectively grow, operate, and lead a high-performance team in a fast paced market
